Urban Mobility: Solutions for Local Authorities and Private Operators
Local governments (managing buses and refuse collection trucks) and private operators (taxi fleets, private transit companies) play a crucial role in decarbonized urban mobility. Atawey supports them with compact and scalable hydrogen stations tailored to urban transportation needs.

Compact Station
Givrand (FRANCE)
Atawey deployed a compact hydrogen station in Givrand (France - 85) as part of a project led by SyDEV. This station fuels two hydrogen-powered refuse collection trucks for waste collection in the Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie region.

Evolutive Stations
Vallée Sud Grand Paris (FRANCE)
As part of the Vallée Sud Grand Paris project, Atawey is installing high-capacity evolutive hydrogen stations (2 t/day) to support the expansion of hydrogen-powered buses and refuse collection trucks in the Paris metropolitan area.
Commissioning planned for: 2025
Long-Distance Transport: Trucks and Coaches
The long-distance transport sector (coaches, intercity buses, trucks) requires high-capacity, high-availability hydrogen stations. Atawey designs and deploys scalable stations that adapt to growing transport demand.

Evolutive Station
Évreux (FRANCE)
(EAS-HyMob Project)
As part of the EAS-HyMob European program, Atawey installed an evolutive hydrogen station in Évreux. This station fuels hydrogen-powered buses and coaches, including the Nomad Car, a retrofitted hydrogen coach approved in 2024. This project contributes to decarbonizing intercity transport in the Normandy region.

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region (FRANCE)

Atawey played a key role in the Zero Emission Valley (ZEV) project, which aims to initiate green hydrogen mobility in Rhône-Alpes. Over time, Atawey has expanded its contribution, providing higher-capacity stations and enhanced services:

Chambéry Station (50 kg/day) – The first station in the ZEV project, supporting local fleets.
2022
Moutiers Station (100 kg/day, expandable) – Designed to meet the needs of both light and heavy vehicles.
2025
Three additional stations (1.3 t/day each) – These large-capacity stations will support long-distance transport fleets and further decarbonization efforts.
Logistics & Warehousing: Efficiency and Sustainability
Logistics hubs and warehouses require hydrogen refueling stations for forklifts and other handling equipment. These vehicles need continuous availability, demanding high reliability and performance from hydrogen stations.

Three additional stations (1.3 t/day each) – These large-capacity stations will support long-distance transport fleets and further decarbonization efforts.
